Changes & cancellations
These commercial terms apply to private services and accompany your confirmation. Refunds are calculated on amounts actually paid for cancelled services.
Between 21 days and 24 hours
Between 21 days and 24 hours before the first service, both boundaries included: 75% of payments for cancelled services refunded.
Less than 24 hours
Less than 24 hours before the first service: no refund for guest cancellation, without limiting applicable mandatory rights.
Changes & cancellations
Send your request by email or WhatsApp with booking reference, dates, services and payment. Notice runs from written receipt to the first service, in San Pedro local time. Changes require availability and written confirmation; refund amount, method and expected processing time are provided in writing.
If we cancel a service before it starts, choose an agreed alternative or a refund of payments for that service. Guest-cancellation deductions do not apply.
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or any applicable right of withdrawal.
